Rofcart INC currently only offers shipping within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii).
We do not currently offer international shipping. If we expand our shipping area in the future, we will post a notification on our website.

Order processing times may be longer on weekends, US federal holidays, and during peak promotional periods.

- Address Accuracy

You are responsible for any delivery failures, delays, or additional costs caused by the following:
Incorrect address; Incorrect postal code; Incomplete recipient information; Unable to contact the recipient.
- Loss, Damage, and Delays
If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant photographic evidence.
For packages that show as signed for but which you claim you have not received:
You should first contact the carrier to verify the delivery status;
Rofcart INC will assist with the investigation but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Rofcart INC. is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Refusal and Return of Packages
If a package is refused, undelivered, or returned to the warehouse due to customer reasons:
The customer may be responsible for reshipment costs; the original order’s shipping costs and related processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Transfer of Ownership
Ownership and the risk of transport transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.
