    Customers can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Items returned after 30 days will no longer be eligible for return or refund requests.

  1. Return Conditions

To ensure smooth return processing, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Keep the item in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition;
Retain the original packaging, tags, and accessories;
Provide valid order proof or invoice.

Special Note: Intimate apparel, customized items, or promotional clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for details.

  1. Return Process

Contact Customer Service: Submit a return request via email at support@rofcart.com or the online form on the website, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable);
Obtain Return Authorization: Rofcart INC customer service will review and issue a return authorization within 1–2 business days;
Send Back the Product: Return the product to the address provided by customer service (see return address below);
Refund Processing: After receiving and approving the returned product, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
    For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect product shipment, Rofcart INC will cover the return shipping costs; For returns not due to quality issues or personal reasons (such as incorrect size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
